The Challenge
Cleopatra Hospitals Group employs many individuals in various locations and with diverse backgrounds.
The goal is to deliver a unified, engaging, and information-rich experience without overwhelming or boring the learner.

UMAMI’s Secret Recipe
UMAMI created a non-traditional orientation experience.
What if the employee could follow a fictional character through her first day at work, watching animated videos that simulate real-life scenarios and department walkthroughs?
We designed a carefully written script that follows the main character across key departments, featuring interactive scenes and engaging moments, like:
